More than fifty years ago, three brothers began a glass-processing business in their hometown of Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, Ireland, focused on supplying local contractors with top-quality glass for construction and housing projects.
Today, Carey Glass is one of the premiere glass processors in Europe, making high-quality glass of every shape, size and strength for major construction projects and architectural installations all around the world.
The company is still run by the Carey family, a tight-knit group of dedicated professionals who share a commitment to excellence, to always pushing their capabilities to new limits, and a grounded sense of humour that reminds everyone that at the end of the day, they’re family.
For the revamped Carey Glass brand voice, that sense of humour and grounding needed to be paramount. When you walk in the front door, you’re greeted with a smile. I wanted to bring that to their virtual front door as well.
Carey Glass maintains an ethos of ‘total service’ in everything they do, from custom processing to on-time delivery anywhere in the world. What they do is impressive; this page needed to be too.
The Careys run everything in-house, from cutting and printing to curving and assembly. The challenge for me was to understand the specialisation of each glass process, then distill that down to the must-have information for customers.
